Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the performance is cancelled or rescheduled. Where an event is cancelled or rescheduled (subject to below) by the Venue or promoter or where an event is cancelled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be entitled to claim a refund from us in accordance with this clause. Where an outdoor event is cancelled or curtailed because of adverse weather, we shall not be liable to make any refund or pay any compensation beyond the refunds that may be payable under the Venue’s or promoter’s rules. Where such a refund is sought you must bring this to our attention as soon as possible upon becoming aware of such change, cancellation or where the event has been rescheduled, prior to the rescheduled event. The refund for Tickets equals at least the face value price paid or, if the face value has been reduced by the organiser, the discounted face value price paid in accordance with the Star Code of Practice, less any processing fees originally paid.

Sometimes, shows get cancelled or sold out, or simply come to an end, there are various reasons and here at Tickets 4 Sale we do our best to have our finger on the pulse of new shows, and what is happening, if you can’t find the show or performance you are looking for, then please send us an email or fill out our contact form and we will be happy to help you, if we can’t find the show we can also recommend some great alternatives for you.
Yes, currently we have a comprehensive directory of theatres in London as well as art performance places, including their What3Words locations making them easier to find. We will be adding further theatres in the UK to the list as well as providing key information about each venue. If you would like us to add any additional information that you think suitable for our theatre directory, then please feel free to either email or fill out our contact form.
If you opted to have them sent to you via post, you should receive your tickets in approximately three working days. If you have decided to collect them from the theatre or venue, then please be sure to take along a valid form of Photo ID such as a driving licence or passport, along with your booking reference number and the card you used to pay for the tickets.
Please note that when your purchase is successful you will receive an email within approximately ten minutes, be sure to check your spam folder just in case, should you not receive an email then feel free to contact us to confirm your purchase. If you have opted to have your tickets delivered digitally, again be sure to check your spam folder, as well as the delivery time as stated when purchasing your tickets. If you do not receive them via email, then please contact us and we will be happy to chase them up for you.

You should always check with the venue or theatre beforehand, just to be on the safe side, some shows and performances are what are called relaxed performances and it is quite acceptable to dress casually for, where there is a relaxed dress code to what is normally acceptable. If you are unsure, then you are always welcome to contact us for more information. (Please note: If there is a strict dress code for any performances the information is usually on the ticket.).
If you have arranged for Box Office collection and you are not attending the event, certain venues will permit someone on your behalf to collect the tickets if they have a letter of authorisation completed by yourself, it is always worth checking beforehand first! please note that the Delfont Mackintosh Theatres will only issue tickets to the person who purchased them.
