Welcome to Seats4Shows ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website at seats4shows.co.uk and purchasing tickets through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

2. Booking & Tickets

All ticket purchases made through Seats4Shows are subject to availability. Once a booking is confirmed and payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your booking reference and ticket details.

Ticket prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable booking fees unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice until your order is confirmed.

It is your responsibility to verify all booking details (including event name, date, time, and venue) before completing your purchase. Seats4Shows cannot be held liable for bookings made in error.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an event is cancelled or significantly changed by the promoter or venue. In the event of a cancellation, affected customers will be contacted using the email address provided at checkout.

If an event is rescheduled and you are unable to attend the new date, please contact us at customerservices@ingresso.co.uk within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement to discuss your options.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. By providing your payment information, you authorise us to charge the total amount shown at checkout. Seats4Shows does not store your card details.

In the event of a failed payment or disputed transaction, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.

5. Venue Rules & Conduct

Admission to events is subject to the terms and conditions of the hosting venue. Seats4Shows accepts no responsibility for refusal of entry due to late arrival, breach of venue rules, or any circumstances beyond our control.

Some events may have age restrictions, dress codes, or accessibility requirements. It is your responsibility to check these before attending.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Seats4Shows or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seats4Shows shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our platform or attendance at any event. Our total liability in connection with any booking shall not exceed the amount paid for that booking.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
